أعلن الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم، فيفا، منذ قليل قائمة المرشحين للحصول على جائزة أفضل لاعب في العالم لعام 2021 “ذا بيست”.

وتواجد نجم فريق ليفربول محمد صلاح ضمن قائمة المرشحين التي تضم 11 لاعبًا للحصول على تلك الجائزة المرموقة.

A polêmica se fez no dia 18 de dezembro de 2019, quando o jogador Billy Arce, do Barcelona de Guayaquil, publicou em seu Instagram uma foto de Arboleda vestido com uma camisa oficial do Palmeiras. A única manifestação do defensor sobre o assunto até agora foi no dia seguinte, na mesma rede social, em um texto em que ele diz ter perdido uma aposta e se desculpa pela “estupidez”.

Após uma reunião com a diretoria durante a pré-temporada, em Cotia, Arboleda recebeu uma multa em seu salário. Diego Lugano, superintendente de relações institucionais do clube, deu uma entrevista para defendê-lo: disse que o atleta foi “ingênuo e burro, mas não mau-caráter”.

– Posso garantir que foi totalmente ingenuidade e muito de burrice. Ele não faz a mínima ideia se essa camisa verde é do México, da Bolívia, da Chapecoense, do Guarani, de Camarões ou do Palmeiras. Isso eu posso garantir.

According to Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony on his podcast ‘The Hard Truth‘, Spurs were one of several teams eyeing a move for prolific goalscorer Ivan Toney.

He said:

“David [Pleat] thought Ivan was a relatively cheap option to boost the Spurs squad what with all Harry Kane’s injury problems.

“Levy might have been worried Spurs fans would laugh at him for signing a League One player but, in any case, the pandemic ruined any chance of the move going ahead.”

The 24-year-old, who failed to cut the mustard at Newcastle United, went onto sign for Championship promotion hopefuls Brentford for an initial £5m, though that could rise to £10m through add-ons, as per Sky Sports.

One that got away?

Indeed it seems the Spurs scout was onto something quite incredible with his suggestion to sign Toney on the cheap, he’s fast become an absolute deadly force to be reckoned with in the English second-flight.

He’s bagged a whopping 16 goals in just 19 starts, including a goal in six of his last seven outings, via Transfermarkt.

Whilst there was no chance he was usurping Harry Kane, he would have been an interesting candidate for the future, especially if you sent him out on loan to the Championship like the north Londoners have done with Troy Parrott.

Posh chief Barry Fry lambasted Celtic for not plotting a genuine bid to sign Toney in the summer, claiming he’d have been a “revelation” for the SPFL giants, whilst his former boss Steve Evans lauded the former Magpie as a “dream” to work with on the training pitch due to his “phenomenal” work rate.

Just imagine the sort of forward he could’ve become under the tutelage of someone like Kane, England’s no.9 and captain.

The confident talisman even likened himself to both Wilfried Zaha and Zlatan Ibrahimovic in an interview with The Sun last month.

Levy may have ultimately made a ghastly blunder with this one. A bargain was staring him straight in the eyes.

ذكرت تقارير صحفية إسبانية أن نادي برشلونة يرغب في تجديد عقد لاعبه الشاب، بوضع بند بشرط جزائي ضخم، لتحصينه من عروض الأندية الأوروبية.

برشلونة مطلع موسم 2021/2022، قام بتصعيد أكثر من لاعب من فريق الشباب إلى الفريق الأول، وذلك في ظل معاناة الفريق الاقتصادية، والتي حرمت النادي الكتالوني من التعاقد مع نجوم كبار في نافذة الانتقالات الصيفية الماضية.

وحسب صحيفة “موندو ديبورتيفو” الإسبانية، فإن برشلونة يريد تجديد عقد لاعب الوسط الإسباني الشاب، جافي، ومنحه عقدًا لثلاث سنوات أخرى.

جافي ذو الـ17 عامًا، لديه عقد ينتهي مع النادي الكتالوني بعد عامين، في 30 يونيو 2023، وبرشلونة يريد الإبقاء عليه في “كامب نو” حتى 2026 على الأقل.

وقالت الصحيفة في تقريرها إن السبب الرئيسي الذي دفع برشلونة للتفكير في تجديد عقد جافي، هو الشرط الجزائي الذي يتواجد في عقده، والذي تبلغ قيمته 50 مليون يورو، وهو ما يقلق النادي الكتالوني.

وأوضحت الصحيفة أن برشلونة مع العقد الجديد يريد وضع بند بشرط جزائي قدره مليار يورو، كما حدث مع مواطنيه لاعب الوسط بيدري، والجناح الشاب أنسو فاتي.

جافي مُنذ تصعيده إلى الفريق الأول هذا الموسم شارك بشكل أساسي مع النادي الكتالوني، وخاض 14 مباراة بمُختلف المسابقات، لم يسجل أهداف وصنع هدفًا في مواجهة غرناطة.

Luke Shaw looked to be one of the brightest talents the Southampton academy had ever produced when he established himself in the Saints first-team aged just 16, before completing a £27m move to Manchester United in 2014.

The left-back made his first-team debut for the South Coast club as a 16-year-old in January 2012 and he went on to make 67 appearances for the Saints before making the switch to Old Trafford two years later.

Big things were expected of the Englishman at United but like so many players who have joined the club in recent years, his career has not reached the heights that many thought it would.

Injury and fitness problems have plagued his time with the Red Devils and although he has gone on to make 149 appearances in all competitions, his time as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first-choice left-back looks to be nearly over.

After a fairly underwhelming 2019/20 campaign which saw Shaw average a 6.85 rating across his 24 appearances in the top-flight, United paid around £15 million to bring in Alex Telles from Porto during the summer transfer window.

The Brazilian has impressed in both of his most recent United games against West Brom and Istanbul Basaksehir respectively and it would perhaps be a surprise if the 25-year-old Englishman is able to reclaim his starting spot when he returns from injury.

The former Southampton man has earned his fair share of critics during his time at Old Trafford, with former United legends Patrice Evra and Roy Keane both critical of his performance in the 3-1 defeat against Crystal Palace earlier this year, with Evra saying:

“It was laziness from Shaw. He’s guessing… and he’s got to sprint back to be in line with Lindelof.

“Shaw has been injured so he doesn’t have the same speed but he has to adapt his game. He’s not as fast as he used to be.” (per Daily Star)Therefore, it can definitely be argued that Southampton made a great decision in selling him for £27m when he was just 18, as he clearly hasn’t progressed in the way many thought he would and he now looks set for a spell on United’s bench.

Por seis votos, a assembleia de sócios do Palmeiras não conseguiu o número exigido para reduzir a presença de vitalícios no Conselho Deliberativo (CD) do clube. Era necessário que dois terços dos votantes optassem pela alteração no pleito ocorrido neste sábado.

Foram 688 votos que discordaram da decisão do CD e pela redução imediatada do número de conselheiros vitalícios de 148 para 100, sem representar dois terços dos que votaram. Outros 353 escolheram as duas alternativas restantes. Desses 353 que não votaram na redução imediata, contudo, 28 preferiam que a mudança ocorresse em fevereiro de 2021. Se optassem pela mudança imediata, a diminuição dos vitalícios estaria concretizada.

Confira os resultados da assembleia de associados deste sábado:

Em dezembro, a mesma votação ficou a seis votos de atingir o número para ser validada – houve acusações de irregularidade, mas o presidente do Conselho Deliberativo, Seraphim Del Grande, negou. Nela, eram necessários 760 votos, e agora precisava-se que apenas 500 associados participem, como ocorreu.

O Conselho do Palmeiras hoje é dividido assim: 300 cadeiras ao todo, sendo 152 para conselheiros eleitos, e outras 148 para vitalícios (apenas 135 destas vagas estão ocupadas). Em outubro, foram votadas duas propostas de reforma estatutária: a primeira para diminuir o número de vitalícios para 120, e a segunda, para 100. Nenhuma das duas teve aprovação dos conselheiros.

Outra pauta votada na assembleia foi o pedido de maior transparência do Conselho de Orientação e Fiscalização (COF), também sem sucesso. A comissão da reforma estatutária tentava uma alteração para ter sigilo total quanto aos documentos do órgão e não foi aprovada. Havia uma emenda contrária, defendendo critérios para divulgar documentos quando necessário, que também não passou. Coube ao sócio, portanto, tomar uma decisão.

Ocorreram 455 votos que sinalizavam discordância da posição do CD, que reprovou a proposta para vedação do registro público das atas do COF, e concordância com a proposta de maior transparência. A alternativa ficou longe de atingir dois terços, já que 578 votaram nas duas restantes: 317 concordaram com o Conselho e outros 261 informaram somente que discordam do CD, sem apontar que aprovam a proposta que dá mais transparência ao órgão.

Um chute de fora da área no fim
Quando já estava 1 a 0 para o Palmeiras e perto do fim da partida, o Libertad foi com tudo ao ataque. Molinas deixou de ficar mais preso na defesa e arriscou de longe, arma que poderia ter sido mais utilizada. O lateral-direito Moreira, que já esteve na mira do Palmeiras há dois anos, teve uma atuação regular: não se comprometeu na marcação, mas foi tímido no apoio ao ataque.

Falta de criação
O Libertad não conseguiu chegar com perigo durante a partida. O único lance que assustou o Palmeiras foi após um erro na saída de bola entre Leandro Almeida e Edu Dracena. No entanto, após ficar com a bola e sair no dois contra um, Salcedo errou o passe para o companheiro. O meio de campo da equipe praticamente não apareceu. Em muitas oportunidades, os zagueiros faziam a ligação direta com os atacantes.

As reported by The Daily Mirror, Aston Villa are interested in making on-loan goalkeeper Sam Johnstone a permanent fixture at Villa Park in January.

What’s the story?

Johnstone has impressed at the Villans since joining on loan from Manchester United in January and this season already has helped the club keep five clean sheets in the Championship.

Now manager Steve Bruce wants to tie him down as number one at the club for the next few years and is eyeing a January move for the 24-year-old.

As quoted by The Mirror, Bruce said:

It would be great to keep him here for the next few years as Villa’s number one. I will need to ask the question. The ideal move for us would be to buy him in January. You’ve seen it, a young goalkeeper coming in and getting better with every game he plays.

It’s clear then that the club are massively interested in the Man United man, but is this the right career move for Johnstone himself?

Johnstone’s future

Now well into his twenties, what Johnstone needs most is regular first-team football and moving away from Manchester United is by far is best opportunity for that. David De Gea, as one of the world’s best goalkeepers, is always going to be first-choice at Old Trafford and the Villa star can do little to change that.

A move to another Premier League club so early could also be detrimental. He still has plenty of learning to do and cutting his teeth in the Championship is doing him no harm at all.

Villa have ambitions to get back into the top-flight and if Johnstone commits to the club it could be perfect for all parties in the years to come.

In the short-term, Villa Park appears to be a fantastic home for the goalkeeper and if the club can get the deal done, he should have no hesitation in signing up.

كشف أحمد جاب الله، طبيب النادي الأهلي، عن حالة رضا سليم لاعب الفريق بعد الجراحة التي أجراها لتثبيت عظمة الترقوة، إثر الإصابة التي تعرض لها في مباراة صن داونز الجنوب إفريقي.

وكان رضا سليم تعرض للإصابة خلال مباراة الأهلي وصن داونز في إياب دور نصف نهائي دوري السوبر الإفريقي (الدوري الإفريقي).

وقال جاب الله في تصريحات عبر الموقع الرسمي للأهلي: “رضا سليم حالته مطمئنة للغاية، بعد الجراحة التي ‏خضع لها في عظمة الترقوة”.

يذكر أن مصدر بالأهلي أوضح أن رضا سليم سيغيب عن الفريق لمدة 3 أشهر بعد تلك الإصابة.

ويستعد الأهلي لمواجهة سيراميكا كليوباترا، المحدد لها مساء غد الأربعاء، ضمن مواجهات الجولة الثانية المؤجلة لبطولة ‏الدوري المصري الممتاز‎، على استاد المقاولون العرب.
